Where does it plug in?
The device plugs into your vehicle's OBD port. This OBD port is often found under the driver's side steering wheel.
What if I have trouble installing the OBD device?

What if I have a small fleet, or only one vehicle?
The Kayo app has no vehicle minimum, and works on fleets of up to 50 vehicles. You can experience the full power of the Kayo app with a single vehicle!
Will it work for my car/truck?
Kayo works with all vehicles 1996 and newer.
How does the Kayo lock work?
To engage the Kayo lock, simply remove the black plastic key on top of the device. The Kayo lock is now engaged and will lock onto your vehicles OBD port!
To remove Kayo from the OBD port, simply insert the provided Kayo key into the top of the device.
What if my vehicle does not connect right away?
If your vehicle doesn't connect right away, reach out to our US-based support team and we'd love to get you up and running!
How much does the Kayo subscription cost?
The Kayo subscription is $4.99 per device, billed monthly.
Does Kayo have a Lifetime Warranty?
Yes! You have a Lifetime Warranty on your Kayo device as long as you have a Kayo subscription, we will replace your device free of charge.
Can I return my Kayo?
Yes, we offer a 90-day, no questions asked return policy from the date of purchase.
